THE BASICS

Double-ended dildo is a long shaft of smooth, sturdy rubber with a moulded head at either end for penetration.There are lots of excellent beginner’s toys available, and they go up in size to a mighty 22 inches.

An easy one to start with, is a basic silicone double dildo that's flexible and can be bent to fit you most comfortably.

USE LUBE

It’s important to moisten each end of your dildo with a water-based lube to make penetration as comfortable as possible. 

Beware: with silicone sex toys, never use silicone lube. The two will react badly and may make your toy deteriorate.Go for an organic, good quality lube that doesn't contain any harmful allergens.

HOW TO USE A DOUBLE DILDO

How you use your double-ended dildo depends on whether you are on a solo quest, or if you want to share the double fun.

If you’re flying solo, you'll want a flexible double-ended dildo so it's easier to get to grips with. They may feel wobbly and unwieldy at first, but by bending and twisting it you'll find that it becomes much firmer - and you can use both ends vaginally and anally. If it's your first time exploring with anal toys, choosing one that has one slimmer end for easier penetration.

GET INTO POSITION

There are two main ways to use your double dildo, but there are many variations that you can try, too.

Lie on your back, with a cushion or two under your hips and spread your

legs comfortably. Insert one end of the double dildo slowly, then bend the other end of it up towards you to use as a handle and to guide the thrust of it.

Bend the dildo into a 'U' shape and rest it against a surface with each

end facing upwards. Squatting over it, gently guide one head into the anus and the other into the vagina. You will then be able to bounce on the dildo and achieve full, fulfilling double penetration. If you're playing together, then it's best to go for double dildo which is a bit firmer, like double headed dildo.

FACE OFF

Sit facing each other, then bring yourself onto your hands and feet in a semi 'crab' position. Slide the double dildo between you, and insert it slowly.By intertwining your legs, you can both enjoy the full length of the dildo as you thrust forwards and back, while still maintaining eye contact.
